intro

According to recent polls what most irks the average cinema goer is, once again, the noise of a neighbour's bag of Minstrels or, heaven forbid, a bumper bag of Doritos.

The poll of UK audiences 'revealed' that loud sweet wrappers was a far greater annoyance than even the shriek of a mobile phone during a love scene. Apparently 80% of the those were in agreement which begs the eternal cinematic riddle, why sell them. Talking during the films, mobile phones, ranked close behind alongside such pesky sinners as late-comers and good old 'obnoxious Americans'.
