Gas Attack Film Under Terrorism Review

A new film about a chemical weapons attack in Glasgow is under review amid fears of further terrorist attacks in the West.

Gas Attack was to be shown on Channel 4 in the autumn and depicts an assault by a right-wing fanatic on a community of Kurdish refugees.

It was premiered at this year's Edinburgh International Film Festival.

A character is shown logging on to one of more than 53,000 anthrax-related websites during the film.

Information on how to make and distribute chemical weapons is readily available on the internet.

The use of such weapons is banned by international treaty, but such an outrage may now be more likely, reports say.
