The Master Plan is a short film noir, currently in pre-production.
We are hoping to shoot in March.

Storyline:

Jim, a well respected but ageing gangster, obsessed with rules, and meticulous planning, is about to retire from the underworld.
Before he goes, he has secretly organised an unusual and ambitious coup, involving his usual partners.
Will he succeed?

Location:

This short-Film will be shot in a fabulous location in Old Street, London.


Production:

The Master Plan will be shot using the Canon 5D MK2, along with primes lenses and a subtle lighting...

We are aiming at a aesthetically classic film-noir, with all its 'classic ingredients; a femme fatale, trahison, set in the london 1940's underworld, and of course a voice over...

Aim:

The aim of this project is to submit it to the world festival circuit, and hopefully win a few prizes!

What we'll do with the money

If we manage to raise 1000 pounds, thanks to your support and generosity, we will spend the money as follow:

A. 500 pounds for the production:

- costumes and props rental (the film is set in the 1940's)
- make-up
- crew travel expenses
- food for the crew over the two shooting dates

B. 500 pounds for the post-production:

- fee for the editor
- fee for the sound mixer and sound studio
