The role of BFI Productions has moved to the Film Council, so no funding is available for projects from the BFI. Services that may of use to fund raising are the BFI Library and the Information Service, both offering a source of valuable information that can help source funds or to be added to business plans. The library has access to over 41,000 reference books and annuals, 5,000 magazines and 2 million newspaper cuttings dating from the 1930s, many of which can be searched on a computer database. The Information Service can respond to written and telephone enquiries. Charges apply to both library access and some information enquiries. |
