This competition offers aspiring filmmakers the chance to make ads for eight global brands, with over $100,000 in total in prizes. The ‘Make An Ad’ competition runs from now until 5 April and will culminate with a special MOFILM awards ceremony during the first week of the 2010 Tribeca Film Festival.

Each brand will rate films according to their originality and execution of the brief. The winning entrant for each brand will win cash and prizes up to $10,000 in addition to a trip to New York City for two, where they will attend the MOFILM awards presentation and an exclusive Tribeca Film Festival red carpet premier event.

The overall Grand-Prize-winning ad will be determined by jury at the MOFILM awards on April 21, and will be shown before the Tribeca premier on April 22.
