If you have a press release, you can turn it into a story and submit it through this form. There's some tips on how to format text and articles here. And if you want to send lots, or want to write regularly, let us know and we can give you the access to submit content through here. We don't guarantee to publish everything, or put it on the front page, but we'll try.
Netribution is run by volunteers - and anyone can contribute content or help
out.
Background
Netribution was founded at the end of 1999 by Tom Fogg, Wendy Bevan Mogg and Nic Wistreich. Inspired by the dotcom boom Tom and Nic quit their film degrees to run the site full-time, growing to become the UK's most popular - and
biggest - film industry website.
Due to a lack of funding from both private and public sources,
Netribution.co.uk ceased being updated from February 2002. In January 2006, the site relaunched a beta version 2.0 site (currently available).
We relaunched to encourage, assist and inspire
independent creatives to use their new digital freedoms to create great work, that adds to our understanding of
ourselves and the world, and helps move things forward positively.
We try to to practice what we preach. Our first book was printed by 'one
of the world's most environmentally friendly companies' who use apple
juice in their inks, and if we ever make money we plan to redistribute it.
If you would like to get involved - as a sponsor, writer, editor, diarist or just nice person to have around, then do say hello.

-- I was happy.
Manuela Goldenara, Documentary director
Congratulations. I have a 1/2 comedy drama "Wonderbait"
in post and right now netribution couldn't be more perfect
to help us get the film out there.
Joss Agnew - Producer
I've forwarded your website address to as many
people that I know in this business. I wanted them to see
what a great job you have done.
Dan Fischer-Pask
A quick word to say your site is fucking great...
WELL DONE....
Cath Le Couteur - ShootingPeople.org
I'd like to congratulate the team there at netribution
for developing such a wonderful resource. The 'net is becoming
increasingly important in film making and whilst there are
some good resources out there, many of them are not geared
to needs of film makers in the UK. The gap has been filled.
Well done. Practical example, yesterday I set up a company
through my lawyer for £200. Today netribution tells
me, in a step-by-step guide, how to do it myself for £31!
Dohhhh!
Leslie Lowes - Penultimate Productions
It's the best I've seen in ages - so much useful
info.
Tim Clague - Projector Films
Looks great - can't believe all the resources.
You've done a fantastic job. It is a really useful resource.
though the temptation is to cruise through it all and not
sit down and write!! Cheers!
Gilli Moorhawk - Screenwriter
Just a note to say well done on the site, it
looks great!!
Alf Nwawudu - Co-Founder & CEO,
HoboMedia.com / Hobomusic.com
This is a wonderful web site which I greatly
appreciate
Mary-Ann Lindenstadt
I've just recently discovered Netribution which
I reckon is one of the best film websites out there. I think
you are doing a fantastic job. Being a fairly recent reader
I've only just stumbled across the biography of James McGregor.
It's one of the funniest things I've read for weeks. In fact
it's become a bit of an email classic at my office. The other
film sites I've seen are all as dry as dust. It's refreshing
to see a site with a bit of humour.
Nathan Brunswick
Just a quick note to say that your newsletter
is fantastic! A wealth of info and insight into a creative
world that a non-creative can merely dream about - nice one
!!
Craig Moehl - Groovy Gecko
This is pretty bloody comprehensive, do you
ever sleep?
Melinda McDougal
Let me say what a great and useful site Netribution

brilliant
David Beaumont
I've just had a look at your site. WOW!
Kenneth D Barker - Director of 'Kingdom'
I've just discovered your site and Id like to
say that it looks like its going to be an endless help to
me in the future (I haven't come anywhere near to seeing 'all'
of it).
Marvin Belle - Luton University
Most of my research and work is done on the
net and I have to say your site is one of the best I've come
across for film.
